We live in a great country and enjoy freedoms and opportunities unparalleled in human history. We want to honor the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to guarantee and protect these blessings. John 15:13 says, “Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” We all benefit from brave soldiers over the years that we didn’t know, yet they laid down their lives to protect our pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.
We pray for the blessings and peace of God over the families who have lost loved ones fighting valiantly for this country. This same prayer, along with one of protection goes out to all who currently wake up each morning and willingly choose to serve our Nation in the military.
