Chronotek collects information your company, associates, or contractors provide to us. We collect information when you sign up for a free trial account, fill out a form, request customer support via chat, place a phone call, send mail, or otherwise communicate with us. We do not sell or share this information with any other entities, except as required by law.

Information Collected By Services

Upon access or use of our Services, the system collects information on the users. This information is used to safeguard our system, and for necessary use of our system.

Use Data – We have access to the IP address and the Internet browser used, the timestamp, and screens viewed.

GPS/Location Data – If available, and the user has given consent, we collect a GPS track on any of our mobile applications that use location tracking or otherwise are location aware. In some instances, the user has given consent to their carrier to provide the location information to us.

We may combine anonymous data with similar customer data, that is not personally identifiable, for statistical and data usage sharing.

Account Setup

Account Contacts – From your Chronotek account you may change your contact information at any time. Please note that your identifiable information may remain in the Service’s records for a period of time, or as required by law, or for legitimate business purposes.

Location Tracking – When users install any of our mobile applications that collect location information, user’s consent is requested. Consent can be changed at any time by changing the preferences on the mobile device, or if using a carrier’s cell locator, by texting ‘Stop’ to the periodic text location notifications. If users turn off location services by any method, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, will indicate the services have been denied.

Announcements and Communications – You may receive administrative messages or emails concerning instruction, data analytics, or service update information considered part of your Chronotek account. Optionally, you may opt out of receiving promotional communications not related to your account.

Analytics Collection

We may contract with analytics services to collect information on our Services to better understand and analyze the usage of our websites and needs for our Services. Technologies used may include cookies and web beacons that collect information including your IP address, web browser, click-through path and rate, links clicked and conversion information.
