* The monthly access charge helps to cover the expenses of the phone lines,
hardware and internet access. For most customers this charge is
significantly less than paying for a single phone line for a stand-alone
system.
** Total estimated savings is calculated by multiplying the average wage ($8.50
per hour) times the total number of hours per month for 15 employees who
work a three hour shift. The industry average for automated timekeeping
systems is between 2% and 6% labor savings.
