Over the years, we have noticed some common themes in our customers:

  • remote employees - it is difficult to collect and control time from remote sites.  Why not use the telephone to collect the time so that it can be viewed as it happens?
  • hourly payroll - when hourly employees are allowed to fill in their own time cards, time must be spent collecting, adding and correcting them. Uncontrolled overtime, time card "padding" and similar items can easily squeeze the profit out of anyone's budget

Our customers tell us that they save money in three main areas:

  • accurate time cards - if you currently use manual time cards, they may be costing you thousands of dollars per year in extra labor expenses.  Every second counts, so more accurate time cards means less overall payroll expense.   Many of our customers save enough money in this one area to completely pay for the service.
  • reduced overtime - since the Chronotek System allows you to see your time as it happens, you are able to adjust your schedule to prevent overtime.  Even if you don't normally pay overtime, you are able to keep an eye on labor expenses as they are happening so that you can manage them.
  • easier payroll administration - with the Chronotek System, payroll becomes a snap.  Just print your time cards from the web page when you are ready, 24 hours a day from any web browser.

Answer the important questions of Who, When and Where?

Tracking Time Attendance

In an instant you can see who is clocked in, where they are and when they arrived.

Here's how it works:

When you sign up for the Chronotek system, you will be assigned an account that will allow you to add your employees and job locations to the database.  You will also be given a toll-free number for your employees to use as they check in and out.

Who

When it is time to clock in, your employees simply dial the toll free number and enter their employee code.  If you wish, you can use our Random Voice Verification feature to confirm the identity of the employee.

When

Our server synchronizes it's internal clock daily so that we can ensure 100% accuracy on incoming calls.  Every call is time stamped with the current time and date so you can be assured that all time cards are accurate.

Where

The location of each call is tracked using patented caller-id technology.  You can easily review your past calls to make sure that people are clocking in and out from approved locations.

You can check the status of your employees, day or night by using your administrative account and a web browser.  All data is shown in real-time so you can easily keep track of your employees.  ..Click Here to See Sample Screen..

At the end of the payroll period, you simply print the timecards for your employees.  No hand-adding, no effort at all - it almost makes payroll FUN (well...almost)

Why not give us a try today?  We can easily set up an account for you to try the system for free.  Try just a small group in the office, or the whole company - whatever you want.  There are no long-term commitments, nothing but good old-fashioned VALUE for you and your company.
