You are given a Chronotek Administrative account that is web based and can be used from any computer on the Internet. Check the status of your employees, day or night.

You add employees, job locations, and can set up destinations for text message alerts when employees clock in and out, or when they do not show up to scheduled jobs.

Your employees call our toll free number to clock in and out. You see the live timecard data from your Chronotek Administrative account as it happens.

Who?
When it is time to clock in, your employees simply dial the toll free number and enter their employee code. If you wish, you can use our Random Voice Verification feature to confirm the identity of the employee via a voicemail to the supervisor.
Where?
The location of each call is tracked using patented caller-id technology. You can easily review your past calls to determine if employees are clocking in and out from appropriate locations.
When?
Our server synchronizes its internal clock daily so that we can ensure 100% accuracy on incoming calls. Every call is time stamped with the current time and date so you can be assured that all time cards are accurate.
